1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any GetCopayHelp website, widget, API or mobile application (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Ayuda Inc. d/b/a GetCopayHelp (“GCH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Conditions of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who can form legally binding contracts. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Geographic Scope
GCH is based in the United States. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful outside U.S. jurisdictions. If you access the Services elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.
4. What We Provide
GCH hosts a searchable directory of patient-assistance resources—including manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs), bridge or free-drug programs, copay cards, charitable grants, discount cards and similar offerings (collectively, “Programs”).
- Illustrative only. Listings, “open/closed” flags and the Eligibility Checker are non-exhaustive and may be inaccurate or out of date.
- No guarantee. Program availability, award limits and eligibility rules can change without notice; funding can run out without warning.
- No medical, legal, insurance or financial advice. GCH does not prescribe medications, recommend therapies or influence treatment decisions.
5. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
You receive a personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable license to view and download content for internal reference only.
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, spider, mine, harvest, copy or otherwise extract data from the Services, whether manually or through automated means such as robots, bots, scripts or similar technologies.
- Use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper working of the Services or to bypass any security or rate-limiting mechanism.
- Frame, mirror, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute any content without GCH’s prior written consent.
- Introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, networks or systems.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with GCH or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Any unauthorized scraping or automated access is expressly prohibited, constitutes a material breach of these Terms, and may violate the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and analogous state laws.GCH reserves all rights to block offending IP addresses, pursue damages and seek injunctive relief.
6. No Medical Advice
All content is provided “as is” for general information and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making treatment decisions.
7. Accuracy, Currency & User Verification
- Open/closed status and award amounts may be wrong.
- Eligibility Checker results are probabilistic and do not guarantee approval or coverage.
- You must independently verify every Program detail with the sponsor (manufacturer, foundation, PBM, charity, etc.) before acting.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state fraud-and-abuse laws (e.g., the Anti-Kickback Statute), payer rules and institutional policies.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. GCH is not responsible for external content or privacy practices.
9. Security & Virus Disclaimer
We do not warrant that the Services, files or e-mails are free of viruses, malware or other harmful components;you assume all risk and are responsible for implementing safeguards such as anti-virus software and data backups.
10. Intellectual Property & DMCA
All text, graphics, logos and software are owned by GCH or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international laws. No reproduction, distribution or derivative use is permitted without prior written consent. To submit a copyright-infringement claim under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, e-mail [email protected] with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GCH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGESARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO (a) USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (b) ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR INACCURACIES; (c) DELAYS, DENIALS OR CHANGES IN PROGRAM TERMS; (d) SECURITY BREACHES; OR (e) ANY ACTION OR INACTION TAKEN BASED ON THE SERVICES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICES.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GCH, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your (i) use or misuse of the Services, (ii) violation of these Terms, or (iii) infringement of any third-party right.
14. Modifications & Termination
We may revise these Terms or modify, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts unless GCH elects binding arbitration where permitted.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will remain in force.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GCH regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
